  DAY 1 : IZMIR / PERGAMON/IZMIR
Arrival in Izmir and drive to Pergamon. Visit Acropolis, Archeological Museum and ruins of Asclepion. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon visit the Columned Street and The Basilica in Thytira and return to Izmir. Overnight. (L/D)
  
  DAY 2 : IZMIR/ EPHESUS / PAMUKKALE
Early departure for city tour of Izmir ; ancient Smyrna, visit Alexander the Great's Citadel on Pagos Hill overlooking Izmir and ancient Agora. Depart from Izmir to Ephesus, cradle of early Christianity, visit the house of Virgin Mary where she spent her last days. Continue to the spectacular ruins from the period of St.Paul ; visit the archeological Museum of Selçuk, St.John's Basilica and his Tomb. Temple of Artemis and Mosque of Isabey. Continue to Pamukkale for dinner & overnight. (B/L/D)
  
  DAY 3 :    PAMUKKALE / SARDIS/IZMIR
Early morning start with the tour of the ancient city of Hierapolis , the Theater and the well preserved Necropolis. There is swimming possibility in the natural hot spring pools. Then see the ancient city of Laodicea, visit one of the seven churches of the Apocalypse and the remains of the Cathedral still exists. Continue to Philadelphia to visit the scanty remains of the Cathedral. Visit Sardes, capital of the ancient Lydia. See the Temple of Cybele and Diana which later became a church, the Golden River (Pactalos) and the royal road. Continue to Izmir for dinner & overnight.(B/L)
  
  DAY 4 : DEPARTURE
After breakfast transfer to the airport for the home-flight or to your next programme.... (B)
