The facility offers conference, congress and incentive organizers more than 1,700 square meters of state-of-the-art meeting facilities.Talya Convention Center’s floor-space can be separated or combined for maximum flexibility. The Center has four meeting rooms which subdivide to create a total of nine separate meeting rooms, allowing you to use space efficiently and create as many breakout groups and spaces as you need.

Because it is a purpose designed facility, sub-dividing the modular meeting spaces using “working walls” never means sacrificing technical capacity. Whether it’s audio-visual, lighting or something as simple but crucial as electrical outlets, all of the Talya Convention Center’s meeting rooms are designed to function superbly whether divided or not.Their high ceilings and full-sound proofing ensure both comfort and suitability for a wide range of purposes.

New product launches, product demonstrations, motivational meetings, the annual gathering of your company’s management, an international society’s convention, a fashion show or a social event like a wedding or birtday, whatever the occasion, the facilities at Talya Convention Center adapt to meet your special needs.

Meeting rooms :
Platin Room : Talya Convention Center’s largest meeting room, the Platin Room, located on the terrace floor, offers you theater style seating for 1000 and classroom style seating for 750. The Platin Room’s pillarless construction and 5.8 meter ceiling height make it suitable for a variety of events.Its location on the terrace floor adjoining the Main Lobby and the Seaview Terrace means that, for receptions, cocktail parties and other social gatherings, it can accommodate groups of 1,500 or more in style.

Like all of the Talya Convention Center ‘s meeting facilities, the Platin Room offers you a full range of the latest presentation and public address technology. Among the highlights are purpose-built translation cabins, the latest audio-visual equipment, a giant 4 x 5 meter projection screen, 3-D overhead projectors and LCD Data/Video Multivision projectors.

Twenty, four microphones can be hooked-up simultaneously and, when the Platin Room is divided, each half supports twelve microphones.Platin has 8 high-capacity Celestion speakers, equalizer, digital reverb, laser disc player, CD cassette, recorder and video recorder.There are total of four square light tracks boasting 84 trainable focusable spot lights.When divided, each half of the Platin Room has two light tracks.

Altýn Room :The largest of the meeting rooms on the lower level, the Altin Room divides into four smaller conference or committee rooms when its sound-proofed working walls are extended.Ideal for presentations to large groups, it provides theater-style seating for 220 and classroom style seating for 200.When used for receptions, the Altin Room can easily accommodate 220 or more.

Gumus room : Divisible into two smaller conference rooms, the Gümüs Room is a perfect choise for lead satellite conferences and seminars as well for smaller receptions.When used in its entirety, it offers theater style seating for 150, classroom style seating for 120, and can host receptions for as many as 190 guests.

Tombak room : Our most intimate conference room, Tombak is ideal for evaluation or committee meetings and for smaller seminars.During large events, Tombak may be converted into a supplementary business center, workshop, press or VIP room. It has theater style seating for 70 and is ideal for small receptions of 60 to 75 guests.
