Auditorium
When viewed, one can easily observe that the auditorium of The International Convention Center of Grand Hotel Efes is reminiscent of magnificent architectural design of the Antique Theater in historic Ephesus. The International Convention Center of Grand Hotel Efes offers the most complete conference facilities with its stately 1750 seat auditorium, which is furnished with a full range of audio-visual equipment.

The complex also provides ample space for corporate meetings, conferences and special function such as theathers, concerts, banquets and opera performances with light decor. With its press center supplied with a data base line and communications network of high technology, the excellent sound system and the infrared simultaneous translation network servicing 6+1 languages, the auditorium is a multi-purpose spacious complex of international standards.

The auditorium with a capacity to accommodate 1550 people, is designed to be enlarged with the accession of 200 portable seats. It is equipped with thee professional cameras which can photograph from six different angles, thus enabling the congress activities to be observed equally well from the foyers and the banquet halls.

Meeting Rooms
Special meeting rooms, such as The Ephesus Hall, with a seating capacity of 700, The Pergamum Hall with a seating capacity of capacity of 400 and The Didyma Hall, with a seating 350 cocktails and are all designed to accommodate multi-purpose meeting as well as banquets, expositionsand lighting .The elegance of the interior decoration coupled with superior sound system have been provided by the hotel administration to service cocktails and gala dinners.

If and when necessary, the wall panels of the complex can be removed to provide for a single larger meeting room, to function as a banquet hall, accommodating up to 1450 attendees.Both the sound and lighting systems are product of high technology.

The International Convention Center of Grand Hotel Efes offers the greatest comfort with its unique private boardrooms, namely, Konak, Karsiyaka, Alsancak, Çankaya and Bayrakli. Konak Boardroom can be converted into two separate executive boardrooms with the use of sound-insulated partitions. Congress administration and secreterial organizations can be conveniently carried out in this special boardroom.
