DAY
1 : ............ /ISTANBUL
Arrival at Istanbul where all passengers will be
assisted by our staff and guides. In order to give that
special Turkish touch, girls dressed in traditional costumes
will also greet passengers at the airport and will present
ladies with flowers and distribute lokum, a special Turkish
sweet.
Upon
arrival at the hotel guests will be led to the MEGA Destination
Courtesy desk for check- in.
"Welcome
Kits" prepared with your logo containing maps and general
information will be distributed with the keys. Rest period
before the first night in Istanbul, "THE MAGIC CITY".
Dinner
at the hotel.
DAY
2 : ISTANBUL
After buffet breakfast meeting will
take place. Lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon the group
will leave for the orientation and Byzantine Art Tour. Drive
over the Golden Horn pass under the Roman Aquduct of Valens,
visits the Chora Church and Museum, Byzantine Underground
Cistern and Hippodrome
where Obelisk of Theodosius Serpentine is located. Last stop
will be the Basilica of St.Sophia
. Before visiting the interiors of the history of Istanbul
and Turkey together with refreshments in the cool garden.
The group will be directly taken to the Fishermen's Village
Kumkapi where marvelous fish dishes will be served. Return
to the hotel.
DAY
3 : ISTANBUL - ANTALYA
After buffet breakfast and hotel
check-out Bosphorus cruise by a private yacht will be taken.
Refreshments served on board while a fashion show takes place.
Cruise will be along the Europen and Asiatic shores. Lovely
Ottomon Villas along the shores of Bosphorus will be seen.
The group will be taken to the Le Pecheur fish restaurant
on the shores of the Bosphorus. After lunch visit the Suleymaniye
Mosque and the Topkapi Palace
and transfer to Istanbul airport for a late afternoon flight.
Luggage is transferred separately. They will fly to Antalya.
Dinner and overnight in the hotel.
DAY
4 :
ANTALYA
Antalya is the principal resort of the
Mediterrean. It is surrounded by the towering peak of the
Taurus mountains. It is a base from which visits to the nearby
ancient sites of Lycia and Pamphylia, the shady pine woods,
waterfalls and spacious beaches can be arranged. After a buffet
breakfast the group will depart from the hotel. First stop
will be at Perge where St. Paul
preached his first sermon and next stop
Aspendos. Dominating the site is the best preserved theatre
of Antiquity, dating from the 2nd century A.D. Side is the
last stop. This ancient city and nearby village has many remarkable
monuments. After lunch in side the museum displaying statues
found during excavations of the city will be visited. A guided
tour of the city will be made. Then a drive to Kursunlu waterfalls
where refreshements will be served. Dinner at a typical Turkish
restaurant in the ancient Yacht harbour.
DAY
5 : ANTALYA
After buffet breakfast yacht trip to ancient city
Phaselis. Barbecue party on beach will take place and swimming
will be possible. The selection of grills will surprise and
delight the biggest barbeque fanatic. A theme party will be
arranged at night at the Aspendos theatre. It will be a night
to remember with all the delights of a traditional Oriental
Festival. All the guests will be given traditional Ottomon
costumes to wear and the whole theatre will be decorated in
the style of a grand Ottomon Palace. Guests will feast on
one of the largest and most impressive buffet displays of
Turkish cuisine. On return to the hotel a big special gift
will be awaiting everyone in their rooms.
DAY
6 : DEPARTURE
FROM ANTALYA
Transfer to the airport after breakfast. Luggage
goes by separate vehicle. Assistance with check-in.
