ANTAKYA MOSAIC MUSEUM

This very interesting museum has the most important mosaic collection in the world, and demonstrates the Roman floor mosaic decoration of open-air sturctures of the time, as well as distinquished residences of Antakya , Iskenderun , Seleucia and Daphne areas. The most important mosaic scenes are : 1) The calendar of Oceanus , 2) The four Seasons , 3) The mosaic of Ariadne , 4) The Mosaic of Narziss and Echo
